If you’re ever in the Dallas area you’d be doing yourself a dis-service by not going to Hard Eight BBQ, it’s literally my favorite restaurant I’ve been to in all my travels. Those damn Texans sure know how to cook some brisket! One time I was in Dallas for 5 days and I ate there 6 times.
